The Vancouver Ballet Society (VBS) is a volunteer-run organization driven by our members’ generosity of time and financial support. Since 1946 the VBS has been supporting and revitalizing dance in British Columbia through education, encouragement and assistance. Dance International is a quarterly dance magazine that focuses on classical and contemporary dance worldwide. Now in its 32nd year of continuous publication Dance International reflects the desire of dance lovers for dance coverage without borders. With features on individual dancers, artistic directors, choreographers, and photographers DI celebrates the beauty of dance with each issue. Published by the Vancouver Ballet Society, Dance International is available to all VBS members through membership (excluding student memberships) and also regular subscription.
